Pop in to Kimo this November for ‘Popped Up at Kimo’

‘Popped Up at Kimo’ returns for 2025 on Thursday, the 20th of November, to the grounds of Kimo Estate, where the day will offer more than 60 pop-up boutique markets and stalls from near and far, including art, clothing, garden wares, homewares, flowers, wine, and many more. Lunch will also be available for purchase by Sarah King from The Ten Mile at Holbrook, as well as coffee available from Maybe Mabel.

Entry to the day is $5, and anyone is welcome to attend. This year, the gate takings and the funds from the raffle will be donated to local charity ‘Cowboy Hats for Kate’, a charity close to the local community that raises funds for brain cancer research.

Cowboy Hats for Kate was set up to assist other families who are or may in the future battle through this terminal disease, by raising funds to support the research of the Brain Cancer Centre, to support the mission that ‘one day no lives will be lost to brain cancer’.

Event Coordinator Erica Beggs said it is a lovely family day out and is encouraging anyone in the community to attend.

“Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy and do some Christmas shopping. It is such a lovely day, well worth getting a carload together and making the trip,” Erica said.

“The event is about everyone getting together and connecting and exploring the beautiful local pop-up shops that come to us locally, and it is a really great opportunity to catch up with people who you may not have seen since last year.”

Some of the markets and boutiques that will be in attendance on the day include:  – Original Art and Ceramics; Ollie & Max; The Boy & I; Pippa Collective; Pachamama Remedies; Weathered Art; Holbrook Whips; Fiona Schofield; Factorem; Heifer Station Wines.

To stay up to date with event details or to check out which stalls you can expect to see, visit the Popped Up at Kimo Facebook or Instagram page.
